I've been designing websites for 2 years and out of all that time doing product entry is BY FAR my least fav thing to do. Working with Jeanetta, "Web Contessa" has been absolutely AWESOME! The communication she keeps with her clients is absolutely amazing! I worked with Jeanetta over the Christmas and New Year holidays. She would constantly inform me if she was off to run errands and when I could expect her to be back to adding product on my site. Without fail she lived up to her word!! She was a doll to work with. Has the sweetest most kindest disposition and is very professional. Her work was none other than perfect. She did things MY WAY without any questions other than making sure she was understanding and adding my product correctly. I had approximately 1200 stencil designs to be added to my site and I saw no end in site. Jeanetta showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. I just love this girl. She is the absolute best and we just happened to find her and have been very pleased!
Jeanetta is very trustworthy. She quoted us a certain amount of hours that it would take her to complete the job. But she is so fast that we actually had time left over after the 300 some products she added to our store!!! She offered us the option to have a refund for the time left or a credit with The Webcontessa! Of course I chose THE CREDIT! We have been so busy lately with work that we haven't had time to take her up on that credit yet. But she is still here and will be here for us when we are ready to use up the rest of our time!
We also, had quite a few images that looked nice but we felt that the images could use a little ummphh. Jeanetta completed several samples for us to look at to show us how she could improve the quality of our images and get our approval. Of course I did like the results. I was able to obtain great looking images, mass product input at an affordable rate!
